The architecture follows the work: what needs to be built, where the hard edges are, what fails in production, and what the team must be able to operate.
Technology choices are evaluated against data quality, reliability, latency, cost, security, maintenance, and the people who will actually use the system.
A finished system needs understandable code, deployment decisions, documentation, and a handoff that does not trap the work inside one person’s head.
Profile
I started out in software engineering with C++, Java/Spring Boot, MySQL and React. Over the past 3.5 years, my work has shifted primarily to React/Next.js, Node.js/TypeScript, Python, AI and data systems.
My current core stack is React / Next.js, Node.js / TypeScript, Python, and SQL / Postgres / Supabase.
Projects range from complete products and production applications to specialist work in document processing, retrieval, analytics, extraction, integrations, and voice. The common denominator is figuring out technically difficult software and building it.
I can take a complete software problem, a defined technical scope, or a feature inside an existing codebase and work from there.
